This easy-to-use formula is safe during the moulting period and effectively eliminates internal and external parasites such as Air Sac mites, Scaly Face/Leg mites, Ticks, and more. Available in two convenient sizes, 50ml and 250ml, Moxivet Plus is a must-have for bird owners.
Key Ingredients: Moxidectin & Praziquantel
Directions for use: Dilute MoxiVet Plus in clean drinking water at the recommended dose rate and provide medicated water for 24 hours. Repeat treatment every 3 months for optimal results. Make sure to treat all aviary birds simultaneously.
Dosage:
- Hookbills (parrots): 10mL/L
- Pigeons: 5mL/L
- Small Passerines (finches & soft bills): 2mL/L
- Individual dose rate for pigeons: 0.25mL per 500g bodyweight
Ensure Moxivet Plus is the only source of drinking water during treatment. Avoid medicating in extremely hot weather and keep the medicated water away from direct sunlight. Not suitable for unfeathered chicks in the nest. Withholding Period: Not for use in food producing animals. Store at room temperature.
