Reporting a Seller

Our goal is to keep Viral Products a safe and entertaining destination to find trending products, and strive to work only with Sellers who are honest, upfront, and deliver as promised. If you believe a particular Seller has violated the spirit of this agreement, let us know.

Report a Counterfeit Product

If you've purchased a product from a Seller we've linked to that was presented as name brand merchandise and have determined it's counterfeit, we recommend reporting them to the Office of Intellectual Property Rights at stopfakes.gov. As Viral Products is neither the seller nor transaction processor of any items on this website, and only links to the site selling the product, we don't have any ability to take direct action against them. However, you can let us know so we can remove the product from our site.

Security Incident Response Policy
