Clean cuvettes thoroughly with distilled water and a lint-free cloth before use
Fill one cuvette with blank solution (reagent-free sample water) to the fill line
Add the appropriate reagent to the second cuvette with your water sample
Wipe the outside of both cuvettes with a lint-free cloth to remove fingerprints
Insert the blank cuvette into the Mi4XX photometer for zero calibration
Insert the sample cuvette for your parameter reading
Rinse cuvettes immediately after use to prevent reagent staining
Care & MaintenanceRinse with distilled water after each use. For stubborn reagent stains, soak briefly in dilute acid or mild detergent — avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads that scratch the optical surface. Dry with a lint-free cloth or air dry.
