Air Valve Harness - 78 to 86

The harness is no longer available from Porsche. Sean @ 928DOCS makes this replacement to the same specification.

The Valve sits on the Engine Cross Brace. When AC is engaged the valve allows more air into the Plenum to slightly increase the idle speed. This compensates for the additional load from the AC Compressor.
