These cells are unused, they were wrapped with Fiber tape and clear shrink tube. they very well protected. The tabs were bent 90 degrees but they were not welded. These come off of a Large Failed government project so theres a large number of them so contact us if you need volume. We have the plastic carriers, isolators and busbars for these cells. They have been tested up to 500A for 2 mins so they can put out power.
