Product Description
1927 L.M., L.O. 1928 L.P. Chevy Capitol 1 Ton Truck radiator is designed to fit the painted steel shell with a point in the front and a lower steel bar riveted to the shell. This is a tube and fin core conversion. It is intended to fit within the shell and may be paired with a honeycomb fascia (order separately).

Details of the radiator
OE core is 2 to 2-1/8" hex pattern film core
OE shell is painted steel
lower support bar (p/n 361225) is riveted to the shell - order if missing
1-3/4" neck
necks are available in Chrome or "Bakelite" black with or without hole for motormeter

A few notes on this truck
1927 was the first year that Chevy offered a factory cab.. Most 1/2 ton pickup looking trucks of the era were canopy express or other "single unit" bodies not the two unit bodies of a cab and box. Chevy did had available a pickup box (made by another supplier) that could be placed into the trunk area on a Coupe or Roadster. On the 1 ton trucks the cabs were supplied by Chevrolet but the bodies by another supplier such as Martin Parry, Hercules, Springfield, etc.
