The High Build Epoxy Primer Kit, HP77X Series, is a two-part epoxy primer designed to enhance adhesion and gloss for high-gloss urethane topcoats. This unique epoxy formula prevents dye back issues commonly associated with epoxies, making it ideal for various substrates, including marine applications.
Unlike other epoxy primers, the HP770 series is direct to rust, providing superior rust protection with just three coats. With a quick drying time of 3 hours above 70°, this epoxy is easy to sand and offers excellent corrosion control.
For optimal results, be sure to thoroughly shake and mix both parts A & B before applying. Induction time of 30-45 minutes is required for proper curing. Choose from different reducer options based on your desired application speed.
