Clean track rails with dry cleaning pad

Apply 1 drop to the top of the rail every 2-3 feet

Use a dry cleaning pad to rub fluid into rail.

Let Excelle track conditioner set 3 to 4 minutes

Repeat Step 1

For best results apply twice a year (Spring & Fall)
