Product Description

   Extra Slow Glamour Clearcoat Kit

HC4105 is the exact same clear is HC4100. EXCEPT it is 25% slower, meaning this is ideal for hot, humid climates where you need a slower clears for all overs, or when you are baking.

This clear is designed for anyone in a high airflow booth. Or anyone spraying a complete paint job over 80 degrees. You’ll have better success with HC4105 than HC4100 keeping a wet edge.

These slower clears also work perfectly in booths that have very high airflow. So if you've struggled using HC4100, and felt the flash was too quick for for climate or booth conditions. This is what you're looking for!

Q&A

Q: What is the difference in HC4105 & HC4100?

A: HC4105 is designed for hot & humid climates. If you are spraying over 90+ degrees, switch to HC4105 for summer. If you are not above 90 degrees, HC4100 is the best option.

Q: Do I need to reduce HC4105?

A: Most painters do not need to reduce our HC4105 or HC4100 Glamour Clearcoat.

If you choose to, mix HC4105 4:1: 5-10% with Tamco's HR1380 or HR1390 Urethane Reducer.

Q: What is the difference In HC4105 & HC2105?

A: HC2105 & HC4105 are both our "Extra Slow" clearcoats, but HC2105 is a very high solids & HC4105 is a high solids. So both are a different clear with different solids content. they also spray differently.

If you're using HC2104 - then switch to HC2105 in hot weather

If you're using HC4100 - then switch to HC4105 in hot weather
