THIS LISTING IS FOR 1/2 OUNCE OF SILK HANKIES
These silk hankies are imported directly from the master silk makers in China. They are premium silk hankies, light and beautifully pulled.
Each silk hanky is one cocoon which is one continuous thread of pure silk. A hanky is one silk cocoon stretched over a wooden frame.
They dye beautifully with acid dyes. You can kettle dye them or hand paint and steam them.
You can "pull" a roving from a hanky and knit directly from the roving.
The dyed hankies are some that I have dyed. this is for UNDYED HANKIES, NOT THE DYED ONES.
