The flappy actuator under the intake has two plastic spacers. These are often in bad shape due to use and heat degradation. 

The second picture shows the flappy spindle and order of assembly. The flappy spacers are the large yellow parts either side of the spring #2 & #7.

We also sell the spring (928 110 658 01) and the circlip (N 012 439 2).
