Water base, single component, acrylic sealer. This interior/exterior non yellowing concrete sealer is low VOC and very user friendly to apply. Stone Tone Sealer II is formulated to provide resistance against staining, water penetration, acids, alkali and UV light. It seals and protects Kemiko Stone Tone Stain.
Coverage Rate: 1gal- 400ft2 - 500ft2 (27.9m2 - 46.5m2) at recommended wet film thickness 5gal- 2000ft2 - 2500ft2 (139.3m2 – 232.3m2) at recommended wet film thickness Note: Coverage rates will vary depending on surface texture and porosity
