Inspired by our Birthday Cake & Blackberries ice cream, The Cake is seven hand-packed layers of rainbow-flecked yellow cake, Double Fold Vanilla ice cream swirled with blackberry jam, tangy cream cheese frosting, and, of course, sprinkles.
