Easy Ways to Restore the Brim Shape:
If you have steam (e.g., from a garment steamer or steam iron): Gently apply steam to the bent areas of the brim. Then, use your hands to gently reshape and smooth it out. The brim will easily return to its perfect form.
If you don't have steam: Place the hat with the bent brim facing upwards on a flat surface. Apply gentle, even pressure by placing a book or another flat, moderately heavy object only on the bent brim area (avoid pressing on the crown top). Leave it weighted down for a period of time (e.g., a few hours or overnight), and the brim will regain its original shape.
