3:Can i get samples ?
Sure. We usually provide exsting sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundasble
when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be
fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes
about 5-10 days to reach.
4:How long is the samples lead time ?
For existing samples, it takes 3-5 working days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 7-10 days, subject to you
designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
5:How long is the production lead time ?
It takes 7 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
6:What format of the file do you need if i want my own design ?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. if you have your own sample , that will be great !
7:How many colors are available ?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the
colors.Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.or we can send our factory the color chart to your best choose.
8.why the color is different from the website ?
Different monitor have different displays. The same color number may have a little color difference. You could dye the hair if you
need different color.
9. If I order today , how long it takes for the shipment?
If we have the hair in stock , generally speaking, after we received the payment we will ship out the hair, it takes 2 - 4
working days to USA and Europe countries, 4-7 working days to Africa countries.
10:What is your payment item ?
