This cleanser is a concentrate and designed to be diluted in recommended proportions. An excellent option for lash professionals to create any size of the pump bottles they want to provide to their clientele.
Dilution information (also in the product photos): Mix 1 Part Concentrate to 2 Parts of distilled water in an empty foaming pump bottle and shake well. 3-4 foam pumps is plenty to clean the eyes and face.
