Need a custom garment but missed our standard booking window? No worries, we now offer Emergency Consultations for last-minute requests.
Emergency consultations are scheduled outside our regular business hours (including days off) if our calendar is fully booked.
Key Details:
Cut-off time: Must be booked at least 3 weeks before your event date.
The consultation fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward the garment cost.
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
We operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST) — please keep time zone differences in mind when scheduling.
