The perils include taking his bride into the wilderness, buying a year's supply of groceries from an outlet in Seattle, and instead of a four wheel drive pickup, transportation is a dory with an outboard motor, rubber boots and the perilous tides and weather of Kachemak Bay. The story will pull the readers in, making them feel they were there.
