Channel the energy of Libra in this balancing and centering yoga practice. Libra rules the kidneys, lower back, endocrine system, and buttocks. When out of balance, this energy can make you feel off-balance, misaligned, and unsure of each step. When balanced, it makes you feel in harmony with your life and capable of making clear, conscious decisions. 

The Libra Lunar Flow is designed to balance your body by working both sides equally through twisting poses. Try practicing it any time the Moon is in Libra, including her New and Full Moon. You can also use this sequence anytime you need to center your body, mind, and breath.

Includes a moderately paced Vinyasa practice. This sequence corresponds with the Libra Season Workbook.
