Shipping Insurance is a package protection we offer here at Tamco Paint.
To file a claim, simply fill out our easy Damage claim form HERE:
Our team will review and reach out to you within 1-2 business days of submitting your lost or damaged package info.
Tamco Paint offers you the option to protect any purchase via our Shipping Insurance Program, because once your order leaves our facility, Tamco Paint is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Tamco Paint uses a 3rd Party Insurance company and will be purchasing Insurance if you opt in.

Since risk of loss for and title to the products in your order passes to you upon once we deliver them to the carrier, you may opt to have Tamco Paint buy Insurnace for an additional charge at checkout. Charge will determine how much the invoice is, it is tiered.
If you purchased the Shipping Insurance, and you believe it has been lost or damaged during transit, simply fill out our easy, one-page claim form by clicking the link HERE. Our team will review and reach out to you within 1-2 business days of submitting your damaged or lost package info.
If you elected to be responsible for the risk of loss for your order and you believe your package has been lost, stolen or damaged during transit, you will need to file a claim through the carrier directly. We are not responsible here.
*Tamco Paint will buy insurance through a third party if you opt in.
* Disclaimer, if you continue to file " damage or lost" this will be noted on your account, and you will no longer be able to file claims due to abuse with claims.

If you purchased the Shipping Insurance, and you believe it has been stolen or damaged during transit, please contact the Shipping carrier or your local police department. Tamco does not take responsibility for stolen packages
