Preparing Standard Fructose Solutions for Calibration Verification
Procedure:
Place a clean container on an analytical balance and tare to zero
Weigh the required amount of high-purity fructose (CAS #: 57-48-7)
Add distilled or deionized water to reach 100g total weight
For solutions above 65%, stir vigorously and heat to ~40°C (104°F) until dissolved, then cool before use
