Used Headway 38120HP 3.2V 8Ah LiFePO4 Cells
These Headway 38120HP LiFePO4 cells come from engineering samples or generator backup packs and continue to test near full capacity. They deliver exceptional power output and long cycle life at a fraction of the cost of new cells.
Each cell includes mounting screws for easy assembly. Busbars and holders are also available at very affordable prices.

We’ve tested thousands of these cells. Expect an average of 90–100% of original capacity at a standard 0.2C (1.6A) discharge rate. They offer excellent value and long remaining life.
