Our bell bottom flares are now available in a garter style option! Cutouts on the sides and the thighs, with a fully connected, non removable band between the top and bottom.
Cutout area starts 4.5" below crotch.

Choose your own inseam length. (Standard inseam is 32") If your inseam isn't an option, simply add it into the "notes" section at checkout! Inseam is measured down the inner leg along the seam, from the crotch to the hemline. You can print a free measuring tape HERE
